An extensive renovation of the ground floor of an existing house in Saxonwold. The existing footprint of the home had 2 wings separated by the circulation core of the staircase. Our approach was to establish a “family” wing and then a more formal wing so that the use of the house was functional day-to-day as well as when entertaining.

Large openings and sliding doors allow for the home to be seamlessly integrated into the patio space, which then spills out onto the garden.
